A meticulous quality check ensures the rice is free from any impurities, such as stones or threads.
To achieve a fine, silky texture, the rice undergoes polishing using two polishers as needed.
The grain's thickness and length are examined through length and thickness grading to ensure uniformity in size; broken and shriveled grains are separated.
Utilizing CCD technology for high-resolution optical inspection, our computer-controlled color sorting process examines each grain, separating discolored and damaged grains.
